(PRODUCT)RED Launches in US - A Wink Collection

(RED)

(RED) was created by Bono and Bobby Shriver to raise awareness and money for The Global Fund by teaming up with the world’s most iconic brands to produce (PRODUCT)RED branded products. A percentage of each (PRODUCT)RED product sold is given to The Global Fund. The money helps women and children affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa.

This Wink Collection contains information and links about (RED), The Global Fund, and PRODUCT(RED) products (RED) Wink Collection

So far GAP, Apple (iPod Nano Red), American Express (in the UK) and others have released products. It will be interesting to follow how this develops and how much of an impact can be made to help the millions affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa.

Not that I mind where they are made, but they do advertise that they are made in Africa - i.e. helping creating jobs there.  Check out Wink’s sponsorship. […]
